No Audio, Blank Device Manager, Intellipoint Stopped Working

HELP ASAP PLEASE! I have a few issues after mistakenly shutting down my computer while it was doing something and am not able to restore to a prior point as no past restore points are found. I have Windows 7, 64bit service pack 1...... everything seems to be ok function wise BUT there is no audio. Media Player wont even open. Upon running a health check, then opening each issue in services.msc, I get the following;
1. Windows Audio Endpoint Builder is on Auto but "stopped". When I "start" it doesnt and gives error 1059
2. Windows Audio (SRV) is on Auto but "stopped". When I "start" it doesnt and gives error 1068
3. Plug and Play is on Auto but "stopped". When I "start" it doesnt and gives error 2 cannot find
4. Superfetch is on Auto but "stopped". When I "start" it doesnt and gives error 13 data invalid
5. Computer Browser is on Manual but "stopped". When I "start" it doesnt and gives error 2184
6. Power is on Auto but stopped. When I "start" it doesnt and gives error 5 access denied
7. Lanman server (Server) is on Auto but "stopped". When I "start" it gives error 1062
ALSO... upon start up I see a quick "Microsoft Intellipoint has stopped working".
AND...when I open Device Manager, I get a blank screen

 

ps.....just discovered my external DVD/CD player won't work either. I have a 3yo and am unemployed. Have the opportunity to make a little money but cant since it requires me needing to use my external player and audio editing
