no audio driver

My sound stopped working a while ago. I have Realtek AC'97 and video controller (vga compatiable). In device manager the video controller has a yellow exclamation mark next to it and says driver for this device is not installed. I have no idea how to fix the problem since my brother is the one who updated my computer and I dont have a whole lot of computer knowledge. Need some help please. I installed belarc already and here is the info.

For future reference, please upload log files and reports as attachments and do NOT post them 'in line' as it makes the post unnecessarily long as it is usually filled with unneeded information. With that out of the way, go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall any sound drivers that are listed, then install the chipset drivers, restart the PC, and install the sound drivers.
