No audio!!! help!!!

    can someone HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!! not too long ago my mother board had to be replaced and i now have no sound i have asked a few people and after about 4/5 months i have found out what the problem is my sound drives are not installed and now i can not find the disc's for it.

    so could any one help by sending or helping me find away so i can download advance ac97 soundmax files so i can get my sound back.

    please help if u can

    Some info:

    What windows version do you have?

    The PC you have is it an OEM one as in DELL, HP, Compac etc and did they replace the motherboard for you?

    If they did what is the PC make and model version?

    If they didnt do you know what the motherboard make and model is? if not use this to find out http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html ( once installed it will be listed under Motherboard )

    reason I ask all these question is that not all AC97 drivers are the same, depends on who commisioned them.
