No Audio on YouTube

Hope someone can help!

On Youtube, Bolt and BravoTv I can see video but can't get audio anymore.

I can play audio in Windows Media Player and audio/video in Real Payer, Winamp and DivX just fine.

I'm running Windows XP, use both IE V6 and MSN Explorer, and I've tried the following:

-adjusting mute/volume
-tools/internet options/advanced tab/multimedia - play sounds in Web pages is checked
-unistalled and re-installed Divx
-downloaded xp codec pack 2.0.5
-re-installed Sound Blaster Live
-checked drivers
-un-installed WMP10 and re-installed WMP9

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

I found a thread on the Adobe Website and it worked!!:


Go Start->Run

Type Regedit

Open the following folders:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->Microsoft->Windows NT->Drivers32

On the toolbar at the top, select Edit->New string value

Name it wavemapper

Right-click on wavemapper->Modify

Type under Value data->msacm32.drv

yup i had the same problem too and sloved it by editing the reg...
