No Audio Output Device is Installed

Hello everyone..

Sorry if my english is bad :confused

I have a problem with my, PC LENOVO ThinkCentre M55 (8811-FJ8)
I use win 7 and i got notif on my sound's icon in the corner of my desktop. that no audio output device is installed.. so i assume the focus problem is on my driver.

and i try to search the compatible driver. but i dont get it until i write this post :cry
is there someone who can help me to solve this problem..

Run devmgmt.msc
