no audio when i try to copy a video [jing} on the Mac

using jing to copy some video tutorials from the web. since the Mac won't open the jing files, i have to xfer them to my pc for opening and playback - prob is when i transfer these files to pc, there's no audio. if i copy [ and open] these same files on the pc, no prob. you may ask, why just use the pc ? i am, but i'd also like to use the mac [ copy 2 at the same time- double my output ] - i have about 120 [5-7 min each] of these to copy and if i could use the mac it would l make a big diff.

i think my prob may be in my input/output settings for the mac. the audio box 22 that appears in the screen shot is a persons digital interface.i've tried several combinations but nothing seems to work. i'm attaching a screen shot of my various options on the mac. any sugg would be most app
