Hi - if this is a continuation of your Malware Forum thread, then I'd suggest really studying some of the basic troubleshooting guides and procedures, as well as some good computer glossaries, that are posted both here at MG and other places on the 'net...usually, you can plug a specific symptom into a search engine, and peruse the results...

That being said: you may be best served by taking your machine to a reputable repair shop, so that the techs there can see what's going on and give you a hand...

totally agree, the most probable is you make a worst damage on the computer if you don't know what you're doing.

And, learn by this experience for the future :zzz
