First off, not sure what type of computer it is,, laptop of tower. My friend told me her computer says.... Disk read error. No bootable drive found.
I am trying to get in touch with her to find out what computer she has.
When I do,, what can I tell her to check to see if it is a connection problem, bad hard drive, or software glitch?
I did tell her (email) to try and reseat hard drive.
    Thanks

The 1st thing is to make sure the HD is being recognised by the bios.

    Good Luck
