    Hi
My new PC arrived today. It was working at first. Decided to upgrade the nvidia drivers. After clean install of new drivers i get a black screen on boot. I have tried with dvi cable to gtx 1060. Hdmi cable to gtx 1060 and also tried booting vga cable through onboard graphics card (which gives me no signal).

I can't run safe mode or anything because I can't see the screen it doesn't even show me the manufacturer screen at beginning just a black screen is all I get the whole time
Any help greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Just noticed the pc has obviously booted up because I hear sounds from windows. Just the screen is black the whole time even when booting.

If you have a spare monitor, see if that works.

Can you please confirm the full Brand and Model number of this system.
When you say it just arrived, are you saying as in a brand new purchase?
Was the Monitor a part of that purchase or one you already had?
If it is brand new, why would you try and update drivers?
Did you create a System Restore point first?

I tried it on my TV with HDMI and got the same black screen. I don't have another monitor only a really old one with is only VGA.

Brand is KelsusIT... model is Blood Stone.. I can't find any model number.

It is a brand new purchase yes.
The monitor was one I already had.

I tried to update the drivers because my performance was slightly choppy (stopping and starting) and I thought it could be the graphics card. There were slightly newer drivers available on the nvidia website so I decided to try them.

I didn't create a system restore point no.

    Thanks for the replies.

The model number will be on a sticker on the physical system.
Very bad idea to update any drivers without creating a system restore point first.
Sounds like you will have to do a FACTORY RESET.
If you cannot find any way of getting into Safe Mode > Recovery, you will need to telephone Kelsius Technical Support.
If the system came with any CD/DVD disks for Drivers, use them.
