    Hi

Double check your connections from gfx card to monitor.

Do you get any beeps from pc?

Have you connected the extra power cable to the card?

Can you boot into safe mode ok and get to the windows GUI?

What is your motherboard make and model?

On the top of your card there are 2 plugs and when you connect to the power supply do not use the same uotput for both connections because your 12 volt rails can not give enough power with one.

Another thing is check on the output to your screen there are 2 and they are numbered make sure you are connected to number 1.
