   All of a sudden I am not getting no signal to my Dvd, tried switching cables, even tried a different Dvd player. Can get the TV when switching cables on both cables. Can the TV be the culprit?

   Note this is a computer tech support forum but since you swapped players and cables and the problem still exists, then yeah, it sounds like you TV is the problem.
