No emaill assigned message.

Towards the bottom of the listing you will see Click Here To Ask A Question link.
I am using Firefox with Windows 7 & Gmail
When i click on the link i see a message There is no email program assigned to perform the requested action.
I have also looked on my iphone & it gives the same result but i also have gmail set up on it.
Can you advise if the link works correctly for you and how would i solve this.
I have looked on the web but dont see my answer when looking in regedit etc as it mentions.

I went to it. Click on the ask a question button. Took me to ebay signin. Since I don't have ebay account thats are far I as went. Did have to click a couple times.

I am trying to get this to work on my iphone but the email client opens up but blank fields are then shown.
I would of thought that the To & Subject fields would of been completed for the user ?

Any advice please.
