   I have reinstall everthing a on the disk for this cp.
   I do not have the driver I need Ethernet controller with a code 28,
   PCI Device, PCI simple Cummunication controller
   SM Bus controller, Video Controller. Iam run XP PRO.

   This page at Dell lists all the drivers for your E510, as shipped from Dell. The one you need should be under "Network"
