NO Halo 4 for PC, not gonna buy for xBox

I have bought the rest of the Halo series for my Xbox and again for the PC.
But my Xbox has been gathering dust for a while now and I am not going to buy Halo 4 for it. If and when the game comes out for the PC I will get it. Halo 4 will be fun on the console, but like the Halos before it, more fun on the PC.

I am more than a little mad at console crossover right now as I am playing Tera and it supports console controls. In raids guess what happens when PC users are using 10 command keys and console users are using 5 or 6. Unfortunately most classes are optimal at 12 commands for boss fights. Timing is very tight so people who are clicking icons need not apply for raids, multiple finger moves for a single command also fails.

Hopefully MS will quickly get the message dual platform release is a good idea.

 

Can't find any reference to it on PC, a couple of places like IGN saying it's not even in development for PC yet.

This is just information for you since I hate the Halo series :-D
But for fans it does suck, the consoles take up too much of the markey when PC gaming is where it's really at.

 

Did they even make 2 or 3 for pc?

 

The textures and actions have been cloned into CE from 3. But the single player storyline has not been ported.
We can only hope for an XBox emulation, but that is probably a false hope as MS never has and probably never will allow competition. Computers are plenty fast now to emulate a 360 and MS no doubt has its ear to the ground and a team in place to ensure an emulation will not be successful.
