No modem and sound

I have a GATEWAY GT3084m it came with windows vista, i don't like it so i installed windows xp but now i dont have sound...
i've already instaled chipset drivers, video drivers and uaa, and realtek hda...
but still without sound..

when i look in the divice drivers, theres a problem with simple PCI communications controller...
so i installed all of the conexant drivers for modem and still nothing...

don't know what to do...
