No Modem Volume

OK..I'm going to try this again :mad since someone took it upon themselves to DELETE my post and not give a reason why rolleyes


Recently I had to uninstall my ISP login,it was corrupted,so a tech from my ISP walked me through a manual setup to connect to the Internet ,the thing of it is,on the corrupted login,it gave you options to turn the modem volume off,which I did,but now I have NO volume whatsoever I tried contacting my ISP (PeoplePC )they just gave me the run around,is there ANY way I can turn the Modem volume back on?..
