No more video-good monitors--

I have a Dell GX270 and I lost all video output. Installed a new ATI Radeon 9550 256 MB AGP card. Still no VGA, DVI or onboard video verified using 4 different monitors. Can someone give me some reasonable advive on what troubleshooting I should try next?

How old is the GX 270 it looks like a slim flat case most likely it might be a bad mob.

I looked around the internet and saw quite a few complaints about this models video going bad i would probably call up Dell and have them replace it.

 

Are there any color lights on

There should be like ABCD all green if there not all green and one is like a amber color then some thing is wrong.

 

No visible bad caps. I've read several different forum posts since my post here. Seems that the GX270 is NOTORIOUS for these bad caps. Guess I'll replace the mobo. Could it be the PSU even though I get 4/2 beep code if I remove the ram and try to boot?

 

Does the Computer turn on when you press the power button.If so then most likely it is not the PSU most likely a bad mob.And i kinda did say it might be a bad mob but it all so could be some thing simple like the ram.
