No Os Found

    OK this is my problem whenever i turn my system on i get a message no OS found. everything is connected correctly i reset jumpers on the hard drives reformatted everything reset and reconfigured the fat i dont know what else to do

    Does BIOS recognize your HDD (Hard disk drive) ?

    How old is your system? It could be Hardrive controller failing, IDE controller on the MotherBoard failing, or the Bios needs to be reflashed.

    Try running Repair from the WinXP disc and do a Fixmbr to repair the mbr, and do a chkdsk /p /r.

    You may also want to download the drive manufacturer tools to test to see if the drive is starting to fail.
