You really need to give us your system specs and software running like anti-virus or firewalls, which can typically block those as a safety issue. Also, consider when this happened and what you may have done before it happened that could have caused this. If your running anti-virus or firewall, check the program settings. You can sniff around in your Outlook settings and make sure the box that says to read all messages as texy isnt checked.
