Computer was running fine until a couple days ago and now it will not turn on. I thought it would be the power supply because the only thing that happens is when I press the power button the processor fan moves as if it wants to start and then nothing.

I have tried 2 new Power Supplies with the same result. I have taken out the video card, I have disconnected the hard drive, and the DVDrom drive. I have reseated the processor. I have reseated the cable that comes from the power button to the board. I have reseated the RAM.

I have pulled power from the power supply and I have pressed the reset rom button that is on the motherboard.

    What else can I do?
