No Right Click & Pop Up Prob

recently the internet I am using has been disconnected *road runner, Internet Explorer* and just today....I plugged it back in and I am now having some problems.

1. I cant seem to right click anywhere on every single webpage I visit. Even google and this site. I can only right click on my main desktop.

2. Strange problems with pop ups. the good thing is... I dont get any pop ups BUT if I click on a page that is a required pop up like my msn group for example....when i click the "new discussion" link and it supposed to pop up in a new page to create a new forum....nothing happenes. I turned my pop up blockers off and it still doesnt show up.

I have no idea what is causing this. How can I get all my features back working right like I had them before the internet was cut off please help as soon as possible
