I'll give it a go and see if I can help you :)

Do you have the Intel chipset drivers for that Intel based mobo installed, if not or just as a mater of course install the Chipset Drivers for the 810 ( as thats the one in the SM 370SWM board ) http://www.intel.com/design/software/drivers/platform/archived_inf.htm

Then using the below attached driver, go into device manager and double click the audio device with the yellow ! mark > choose the driver tab > click update driver > at the next box choose Specify Location of the Driver [Advanced ) > next > then browse for the location of the un-zipped below driver and open the folder, there should just be 1 file listed an .inf click then the next and follow the prompts.

or you can use Add Hardware Wizard in Control Panel to install the driver, using the below,

This is taken from this MSFT Page but I highlighted the bits to follow at one particular point in bold as at this point click the Have Disk and then browse for the same un-zipped folder.

Hi, weather is cold and occasionally wet, but thats the norm :(

Maybe I could have laid my post out a bit better, so here goes, the Intel Chipset is in a zip file, but once downloaded just un-zipp it to your normal place of unzipping files ( dont choose the windows folder or system folders to do this ) then the Intel Chipset file has a setup.exe so it will install the files where needed, just double click it.

Then the below is all to do with two ways of installing the Audio Drivers only.

Then from my memory, using the below attached driver, go into device manager and double click the audio device with the yellow ! mark > choose the driver tab > click update driver > at the next box choose Specify Location of the Driver [Advanced ) > next > then browse for the location of the un-zipped below driver and open the folder, there should just be 1 file listed an .inf click then the next and follow the prompts.

This above bit in quote was taken from this MSFT Page but I highlighted the bits to follow at one particular point in bold as at this point click the Have Disk and then browse for the same un-zipped folder.

me hopes slightly clearer this time.
