No Sound after reinstalling XP

Hi,
I was hoping someone could help me cure this frustrating problem. I have 2 computers that were built by our IT guy at work. Neither one of them have a sound card but both had sound before I reinstalled XP. I attached an overview of the computer. I was hoping someone could direct me to the proper download to fix this audio problem.
