could you give us some background info to your problem, things like....


Is it you want a new PCI soundcard?

Is it you have onboard or a PCI soundcard installed it is just your sounds is now not working then the below questions we will need to know answers for....

What Windows version and Service Pack you using?

Is your PC a Home Build or OEM as in DELL, HP etc?

If Home build do you have onboard sound or a PCI sound card?
If OEM build, then what is the make and model version of the PC?​

DO you not get sound at all, in any program?

Was their anything wrong with your PC before you lost sound?

Is your Windows a new install and then you had no sound?




The more information you can give the better we can assit you






Software like this one below can help you find the information to the questions asked above ( if you do attach a log file from Everest or another program, DO make sure you edit it first to remove and Licence or Serial codes from your software installs ie. Windows, Office etc )
