   Sadly that report is a limited one and doesnt tell us the driver, it does list a ICH7 HiDef Audio but this could be one of 3 or 4 different drivers, so the infomration we really need is the motherboard make and model and/or the make of PC and model varient if DELL, HP etc?
   
   
   Please run the below and attach the Everest log this option gains.
