No sound from at all

I recently had to wipe my PC and start again.

Everything is running fine apart from I have no sound.

I can't seem to find the original disk with the sound drivers on and I'm struggling to find the correct ones online. Can anyone help me?

I ran a program that got all my PC information, motherboard etc.
