No sound, No Youtube, cannot use system restore.

Hi Everyone,

Started in Malware forum and found I was clean so I was advised to post here.
I have a Dell Inspiron 530s with Microsoft XP as the operating system...Yeah I know its a relic. Anyway, I installed an online guitar tuning program from www.proguitartuner.com and now im having trouble.

1. I have no sound at all.
2. cannot run YouTube...I get the "A problem has occurred, please try back later" prompt.
3. I cannot restore computer to a previous date.

I had a malware problem a few years ago and was given such sound advice and direction from this site that im back.

Can you use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall the bad program?

Thanks for the reply. I wouldnt know which one was bad.:-o I went to Dell and loaded a REALTEK ALL888 audio driver and it seems to have corrected the problem. Keeping my fingers crossed..
