No sound on youtube

trying to watch clips on youtube and cant get the sound to work. I have sound working on my pc

 

This could be that you need to install Flash Player

Have all codecs installed and still no sound???

 

Have you tried another software application to see if it is just the one? Which one(s) are you trying at the moment?

 

Have tried you tube, my space. Is there a codec I dont Know about? What should I have?

 

Just had a look in programes and features in control panel and my adobe flash player plugin has a big red cross over it, What does this mean??

 

Means you probably need to update your adobe flash player

If this doesn't work can you provide more information around our previous questions please. What applications are you trying to run this on? Did you downlaod K-Lite codecs as suggested?

 

Are your speakers on? JK. (and if they're not.....)
Anyway, if you are running vista, open up sound mixer and make sure Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or whatever web browser your using has their slider all the way up.
