Your audio is probably Realtek but that isn't really enough info.
If you want someone to point you to the correct driver for your system, use Everest to get a report of your system’s hardware, OS, and drivers. Upload the report as an attachment Also, include Your PC Manufacturer and Model #

Click "Report" at the top of the Everest window, click next to get to "Report Profile", select "Hardware-related Pages", click next, select "Plain Text", click "Finish". Then when it is done processing, click "Save To File". Save it where you want to. (I would use Desktop.)
Click "Go Advanced" in the MajorGeeks reply box, scroll down a little way until you see "Manage Attachments", click it, browse to your file, click "Upload", and close the window. Then submit the post. You may have to also type something in the reply box, like, "Here's my report.", so that it will submit.

If you want to try yourself here are the Realtek links here:

Thanks for uploading that info. It is best to get drivers that are specific to your motherboard. Realtek drivers have been kind of stubborn lately, so if you have a problem installing it, let us know.
You should install your chipset driver first and then your audio driver. The chipset driver is a "just in case" as it is needed to enable your audio to install.

This is the chipset driver for your motherboard:
Chipset: Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility for Intel® Desktop Boards
This is your audio driver for your motherboard:
    Audio: AC 97 ADI*
