No Sound

Soooo... i recently got hit by the Smart Antivurs 2009 (nasty virus) and had to reformat my comp and ofcourse theres no sound please help

I've attached a report from everest so you can guide me to the right driver download link for my motherboard and so on

That tells me your PC is a Compaq Presario SR1510NX.
Then I just searched for the chipset and audio drivers for that model.
Sometimes it's not as easy as it sounds. LOL

 

yeah I tried that but I'm a bit clueless when it comes to drivers it's been a while since i did anything concerning comp repairs and technology always changes thanx again for the help...much appreciated
