I have a new Dell computer with Vista - Ultimate and a Pinnacle TVPCI card. I installed the software from Pinnacle site for Vista and it works fine. When I fire up Windows Media Center it says "no tuner hardware found or it is in use by another program".

To make this work, do I to install the Pinnacle software, but keep the hardware drivers (if that is possible)?

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Jon Jenkins

Best to go right to Dell for support on a new computer

If the card was installed by Dell, I wouldn't think that you'd need to install anything additional to get it to work.
