no video

    i can't get any video out of my pc, the hard drive reves up and reads the a: and d: but no video 8( i swaped around motherboards, harddrives, monitors (with i have one that works on another pc) the only thing i can fiqure is my ram chip is no good. Could this be the problem ???
    i heard this before a few years ago but don't know if it's true

    Hi,

    It could very well be the ram but if you have a case speaker hooked up it would beep indicating bad ram. If you swaped mobos then my guess would be bad video card.
