No wavetable audio,No Web Audio

Problem:I get no audio in Windows and on the Web I can play video's no Audio( sev Diff Browsers). Some in game sounds don't work.I can grab video and play it threw a player with audio. I can play Audio Threw any Player WMP,winnamp, Realplayer, no problem. Teamspeak works, Ventrilo says missing codec(GSM 6.10), won't work.

I believe problem is in "sounds and audio Devices"-Audio-Midi music playback-default device. Were I cannot get default-"Microsoft GS wavetable SW synth"to stay enabled in default device.(nothing else to pick)

History: This problem sarted after a bad virus ran many maleware, spy, antvirus and reg cleaners to solve, had to reinstall codecs to "Windows Media Player".
Have reinstalled and Tested Java,Flash Player,Opera, Quicktime, Updated all drivers (UABB, Realteck,) with Driver Detective. Nothing flagged in Device Manager.
