How have you and your lovely wife Snoopy, and the kids been?

 

Oh, we've been doing good. I was gone for 12 days with the Crossing, so Cindy and the kids went to Philly to see her folks. They left the day before I did, and came back the day after, so I was missing them terribly. I've never really experienced homesickness before, but the tiredness, sadness, and achy stomach gave me some clues that I needed to get back and see them stat!!


We leave for vacation Monday for 14 days. I can't wait. I look forward to fishing, canoing, movies, birding, coffee on the deck in the morning, sleeping in, relaxing in the hammock, roasting marshmallows and cooking steaks on the chiminea, etc etc etc.

So, when does the statute of limitations kick in? I thought it was way overdue to run out?

 

Just kidding about the statute of lims. I haven't done anything bad since,,, uh,, well,, would this morning count?

 

I knew you were kidding, and yes, this morning counts, but the limit runs out about five minutes later.

So what else is new with you?

 

Not much new my friend. I'm still sitting up and taking nourishment, so life is good. New possibilities are arising almost everyday.

 

Hey man, could you be a little more vague? I mean, I just think we're being way too up front here!

And anyway, nourishment sitting up is just so, you know, normal. I always take mine through a straw, while i'm sleeping. Saves time.

Times change, I guess. Sometimes people take things the wrong way, or in a way that wasn't meant. And life goes on. People are the way they are, and the more headstrong they are, the more improbable it is that things can ever be the way they were. That is also life. So, things tend to run the course, and go in the direction intended by fate/life/god/ or whatever you believe is controlling such things. and that's the way it is.

Except for Kodo,, that man can stick his foot firmly in his mouth,,, and still come out smelling like a rose. If he could bottle that, and market it, we could all move in with him.
