No Window Media Sound

    After listing to music on my wm player suddenly there is no sound the music is playing. I have checked the mixer and tried to adjust sound.
    I am using windows 801 and Real tek sound
    Any help appreciated

    Never sure when to place my question

    Hi navyvet. Have you right clicked on the sound icon in the taskbar and run the troubleshoot sound problems?

    Yes I did all that. But I used a little common sense I rebooted-sound restored
    You would think that even though I don't know a lot about computers at 82 yrs i should know something.

    Don't know if you believe in Christmas whether you do or not to everyone on board have a MERRY CHRISTMAS
