No Wireless Connection To Modem

    Dell laptop running Win7. Modem Hitron CGNM-2252 on Access ISP. Iphone connects and if I use a wireless USB on my own desk top it will connect too. When originally installed wireless worked. The laptop will connect at public locations such as public library or Tim's. Presently both computers are wire connected. Access help hasn't been able to get to the bottom either.

    Anyone have some suggestions to get this thing connected again?
