No_more_irp_stacks

Good morning all

I have one user, using Windows XP with all the latest updates who keeps getting this error from time to time when she boots up. ther eis no real rhyme or reason that I can find, and microsoft's website hasn't been too helpful yet.

So I am here looking for any suggestion y'all might have.

Haha, ain't that the truth!! They've done somthing terrible to it, I can't lookup stop errors any more!! Gah!

Anyway. I've seen some people have this problem with un-matched ram modules. Has this person recently had their ram updated?

Perhaps you could try running Memtest 86 for a while (24 hours would be good) see if it comes up with errors.

If not, try checking out the AV (maybe remove it, see if the problem persists) and their website (see if its a common issue), rollback display drivers, sound drivers perhaps...
