Node32 is a Super AVS-Software...

I'm finding that "Nod32 AVS" is the "catz azz" when it comes to AVS software..

The people who sell "Nod32" linked me to "OnLine Armor Firewall".. after I asked them for a reliable firewall for W98se...

All the other AVS's and Firewalls I tried turned out to be just :crap

yep NOD32 i think is the best one out there i have been using it for years.....

And the still support older OS...

Almost no compagny do that anymore...

 

And then I just up a did a real big OOPS... In my desperate search to find a good firewall that actually protects W98se, I tried a trial of "Online Armor".. which is obviously a high quality super firewall system, in the same class as Nod32... BUT, it needs a lot of RAM to run properly, so it made everything in this 128 RAM PC run so slowwww...
I had to dump the best firewall I've ever tested...

Problem is that it took out some integral segments of the W98 OS in the uninstall, in my best HD.. and/or did a little messiness damages to the OS...
I can get into safe-mode.. but when I tries to do a registry restore or repair, after boot, the thing persists in returning to the registry restore attempt, almost like the PC has natas, only worse.. It's like reg restore is stuck in a crazy-loop..?
Any ideas how to fix this sad ole HD, without needing to do the usual excruciating 25-hours format and reload..?

Lucky I have a drawer full of pre-loaded HD's...
