Nook Simple Touch Reader

    Does anyone know how to remove ebooks from a Nook simple reader. These books were not loaded via Barnes and noble. I have googled for info but all the info does not work. Before long, I will have more books than the public library with no way to remove them. Thanks in advance

    Connect it to a computer via USB, and you should be able to delete your side-loaded books through using the computer.

    You should be able to remove the SD memory card and put it into a card reader (a lot of PCs have these built in) and then you will be able to format it or just remove the books you no longer want.

    Too late to edit.....

    You could also reset to factory settings.
    Tap the Quick nav button and then "settings" then "device info" then choose "erase and deregister" it will then ask "are you sure you want to reset" select yes and this will put it back to factory settings.
