Noop.dll

Hello,
Does anyone know what this file is?
I have Ghost Surf Platinum 2005
Win. XP Home SP1
Pentium 4 2.4ghz
512mb
80gig.
I loaded some software from my CDrom and ghost surf decided that at least two .DLL files were spyware.
Unfortunitly I had it set on automatic delete so the files are gone. I asked Ghost surf to give me back my *!@*+^! files and it gave me two NOOP.DLL files.
Are these files for real?
I can't load this program, an error message pops up.
