Norman download

    I downloaded the Norman Malware remover but get an error msg as shown when trying to run it.

    Any thoughts?

    Yea- go to the Norman web site and download from there. All the new Normal Malware cleaners 'expire' after 7-10 days and a new version must be downloaded. I'm sure that Major Geeks will have the newest version later today or tomorrow..... Luckily, I saved a copy of one of the original releases and it never expires; but then again, its definitions aren't current and the only way to 'update' is to download one of the newer releases...
