Norton 2005 Problem

    I keep getting this pop up every 2 minutes or so and it won't stop, it says Norton Antivirus 2005 was unable to start the Instant Messenger scanner. It will be unable to scan Instant Messenger downloads for infections.3021.4 in bottom left corner. I am running latest version of messenger (MSN). Any ideas on how to get rid of this?

    go to the norton options and disable instant messenger scanner. if you dont want to do that. I would call symantec for tech support since you paid for it when you bought it.
