norton 2007 beta

Has anyone besides me, beta tested norton 2007?

From the initial looks of things. This software runs much faster than previous version. Isn't as bloated (total rewrite?). DID NOT REQUIRE A REBOOT ON INSTALL, on my work xp pro box. WOW! Also, my system did not bog down noticeably.

But, on a side note, my xp box, blue screened on a reboot(just was curious why I didn't have to reboot). Shutdown, and restart again. Everything was fine.

Even after my bsod, I still didn't run into any issues. But, I grew tired that it kept telling me my system was not stable, cause it couldn't tell that I have updated the definitions and have already did a full scan.

Other than that, looks good.

Happily I uninstalled it and put Avast! back on.
