Norton 360 won't back up

    I have norton 360 and all of the sudden it won't back up to my secondary hard drive. I verified that the settings are all correct, but it comes up saying...

    "There is a backup problem. Make sure the destination drive or device is connected then try again."

    Any suggestions?:confused

    I had this same problem. I backed up to a different drive with a different drive letter. Then switched back to my original backup drive and did a successful backup. Seemed to have fixed itself after switching to a different drive :confused
