    Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help with some issues I have with Norton.

First, it is correctly installed and working on the administrators section
of the computer, but for anyone with limited access it says there is a
subscription problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? I contacted Norton
and they said it was a windows issue.

Also, when I had Norton 2006 weekly scans were sufficient, now every few
days the ! sign comes up and says I need a Virus and Spyware scan, is this
normal/how do you set automatic quick scans?

    Thanks for your time.

Please stick to offering advice that answers the OP's questions. They already stated the software is running correctly as Admin, and need solutions to problems experienced by users with limited access. Uninstalling/reinstalling is not going to solve anything.

Lots of programs when you're installing ask if you want the program made available to all users or not. Do you remember if Norton asked that and if so, what you answered?

    Hi,

Thanks, I don't remember it asking about the users. Do you know it it does usually?
