Hi dirtking This is a not a problem that i am aware of.There are two things you could do.Firstly it is not good practice to make everyone who users your computer a administrator they should be made a LTD user.Secondly i would uninstall the software and reinstall it with just yourself as the administrator. You may find everything will then be OK

i had the same problem when i tried to install my new nortons 2004 . i could not update and install a few of the features only to find out that beween the update from 2003 and 2004 my computor got a virus . i could not believe this as my nortons was up to date. had to re install windows . after that all was fine again .

i also agree with nick that there should be only 1 adimstrator as this saves future problems . 1 other thing you might try is to install the software from each of the other admistrators . by the way have you tried to install the software whoose name tha nortons 2003 is reg under ONLY a thought hope the above works
