In clicking on Norton Antivirus Options/System/Auto Protect/Exclusion List, I found three things on the list. Why would anything be excluded from protection? I've had a couple of irritating things happening on my system in spite of lots of security, and am wondering if these things being on the Auto Protect Exclusion List might have something to do with it, and if I can remove them. (tried to find answers at Norton and Google search, but no luck).

Here are the 3 on the Auto Protect Exclusion List:

    *.dbx
    *.nch
    \system volume information

    Appreciate any thoughts and help.
