I have Norton Antivirus 2007 installed on a Windows XP Pro machine. When I log on to an administrator account, there are no problems. When I log on to a limited user account, ccapp.exe fails to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Does anybody know why this might occur?

I have also encountered this on a client machine recently. A little Googling for "0xc0000022" came up with the security permissions on C:\Windows\System32\msvbvm60.dll may have been altered either intentionally or unintentionally. They suggest you check the security settings under properties for that file to make sure the "Read & Execute" and "Read" permissions are checked. If the security tab is not visible you may have to go to "Folder Options" and turn on "Use simple file sharing". I have not been able to try his myself because I have not had time to run back to the client but it does sound promising. Good Luck.
