Norton Ghost or other Gost Software help?

    Hi everyone,
    Has anyone out there used norton ghost or any other ghost program. I need to make copys of some programs because i lost the discs when we moved over the summer. I have upgraded to xp pro and i am having some problems. So i want to do a full install but i will loose those programs unless i make a copy of them. If any of you could help it would be great.
