Norton Ghost question

I use an older version of Ghost (v7.0 2002 I think - don't laugh! I know it's old but it works great!) to clone hard drives. I have it installed on an old server running Win2000 Adv. Server and I made a boot disk for cloning. It works great, and it's fast. I've used it with SATA, SCSI, SSD, and of course IDE drives, and with FAT, NTFS, and Linux partitions. My question is: can I use it to clone Mac hard drives? A friend has an older Mac Book, a G4 I think, and it has a 20gb hard drive. He wants to clone it to an 80gb or 120gb drive. I have absolutely NO experience with Mac stuff at all. So, would the older Ghost work? Or is there something else that will work for Macs?

    Thanks!

I just cracked open my Norton Ghost 2003 manual. It says it supports All FAT, All NTFS and EXT2/3 (which is linux). Nope, it won't work on MACs. MACs use HFS+, if I searched correctly.

:highfive Thanks for the abundant knowledge plodr. I'll pass it on. :-D

(I probably should have mentioned that my friend is using OSX but it looks like you assumed that anyway ;) )
